Aidela Africa was born out of both lived experience and a deep belief in the untapped potential of African tech talent. Our founder’s journey into the global market was marked by years of rejection, bias, and countless hours of upskilling before finally landing a role abroad. It became clear that African professionals weren’t overlooked because they lacked skill or determination but because from the outside, their true potential was hard to see.
